As we are spending most of our time in office than at home, it should be an environment where I rather everyone loves to come and join rather than a place of harassment and frustrations.
I strongly recommend and feel “the top three things we want are interesting work, full appreciation for the work we do, and a feeling of being in on things”.
It can be more elaborated by following “CARE”
C = Creative Communication
A = Atmosphere and Appreciation for All
R = Respect and Reason for Being
E = Empathy and Enthusiasm
It will be a good place to work when
We will have trust on people working with us.
Have pride in what we are doing.
All should enjoy each others company.
Few other initiatives which should be taken:
All should get annual targets in presence of all others.
Job rotation should be their in all profiles for breaking the monotony.
All HR activities should be open in HR team to build trust and faith.
All achievements and non achievements should be shared among teammates and discussed to improve departmental efficiency.
If a smallest task is allocated to someone it’s wieghtage should be given at the end of month.
Hoping that I have contributed best of my knowledge and efficiency. As a leader has great role in development of healthy environment at workplace so we extend our pleasure to support in that.We will love in environment of healthy competition and openness.
Hey how late sitting in office can spoil one’s emotions. All the plans for the evening getskicked off. Hmmmmm still controlling my emotions to be at place. Missing lovely evening. Just keeping myself calm and thinking when we will change and think about Family-Work balance.
